1. Non-binding requests with respect to business opportunities (from the areas Business Start-Up and Business Contacts):

Please note that the transmission of your data by using the contact form below will not result in a binding agreement between you and SCHILLINGER (BDU) or you and the project offerer. We will only use your data in order to contact you. If our contact to you shows that you are a potential candidate for the opportunities in question, we will send you the relevant contractual documents with which you may appoint SCHILLINGER (BDU) as a broker between you and the offerer. Please note that the data entered during online-registration are collected, processed and used in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Tele Media Act (TMG). Your data will be used only for the purpose indicated and will not be forwarded to any unauthorized third party. For processing of the registration, your data may be forwarded to partner companies thoroughly selected in accordance with § 11 BDSG and authorized by us.

2. Online Shop/Order forms:

Please note that the data entered during ordering online are collected, processed and used in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Tele Media Act (TMG). Your data will be used only for the purpose indicated and will not be forwarded to any unauthorized third party. For processing of the order, your data may be forwarded to partner companies thoroughly selected in accordance with § 11 BDSG and authorized by us.

3. Newsletter:

Terms and Conditions of SCHILLINGER (BDU) on the Protection of Personal Data of Job Applicants

§ 1

General Provisions / Definitions

(1.1) These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “TC”) will inform you about how SCHILLINGER (BDU) will process and use your Personal Data which you have sent to SCHILLINGER (BDU) via www.schillinger.de with respect to a job offered on www.schillinger.de or in connection with the use of the “Applicants Check-In” on www.schillinger.de.

(1.3) Personal Data” in terms of these TC shall mean all data and/or information about your person which you have provided to SCHILLINGER (BDU) via www.schillinger.de with respect to a job offered on www.schillinger.de or in connection with the use of the “Applicants Check-In” on www.schillinger.de.

Your data will be used only for the purpose indicated and will not be forwarded to any unauthorized third party. For processing of application, your data may be forwarded to partner companies thoroughly selected in accordance with § 11 BDSG and authorized by us.

§ 2

Legal Framework for the Protection of Your Personal Data

SCHILLINGER (BDU) processes and uses your Personal Data in accordance with the laws and statutes on data protection of the Federal Republic of Germany and those of the European Union.

§ 3

Processing and Use of Your Personal Data

(3.1) SCHILLINGER (BDU) processes and uses your Personal Data in order to compare your personal profile with the job offers known to SCHILLINGER (BDU).

In the event SCHILLINGER (BDU) finds that at least one (1) of these job offer matches your personal profile, SCHILLINGER (BDU) is entitled to contact you via postal letter, fax, e-mail or telephone.

(3.2) If you have transmitted your Personal Data to Schillinger (BDU) with respect to a particular job offered on www.schillinger.de, SCHILLINGER (BDU) is entitled to contact you in accordance with § 3.1 paragraph 2 of these GT also with respect to other job offers, unless you have expressly objected to such practice (cf. § 5.2 of these TC).

(3.3) Without your express prior consent, SCHILLINGER (BDU) will not disclose your Personal Data to any third party.

§ 4

Your Consent to the Use of Your Personal Data by SCHILLINGER (BDU)

By activating the button „send” which you can find beneath the forms in which you may insert your Personal Data, you declare your express consent to the use of your Personal Data by SCHILLINGER (BDU) in accordance with § 3 of these TC. You can only activate the button “send” after having activated the click box which refers to these TC.

§ 5

Withdrawal of Your Consent

(5.1) You may at any time withdraw your consent to the use of your Personal Data by SCHILLINGER (BDU) (cf. § 4 of these TC). Please send your withdrawal declaration via e-mail to: info@schillinger.de

(5.2) If you have transmitted your Personal Data to SCHILLINGER (BDU) with respect to a particular job offered on www.schillinger.de, you can separately withdraw your consent to the comparison of your personal profile with other job offers and to SCHILLINGER (BDU)’s right to contact you (cf. § 3.2 of these TC).

(5.3) In case of a withdrawal of your consent according to § 5.1 of these TC, SCHILLINGER (BDU) will delete your Personal Data. In case of a withdrawal of your consent according to § 5.2 of these TC, SCHILLINGER (BDU) will restrict the use of your Personal Data accordingly.

§ 6

Deletion of Your Personal Data

Unless you have already withdrawn your consent to the use of your Personal Data by SCHILLINGER (BDU) in accordance with § 5.1 of these TC and such withdrawal has already caused the deletion of your Personal Data, SCHILLINGER (BDU) shall delete your Personal Data after the expiry of a period of five (5) years, such period beginning with the transmission of your Personal Data to SCHILLINGER (BDU).

§ 7

Amendment of these TC

SCHILLINGER (BDU) reserves the right to amend these TC at any time, without giving reasons. SCHILLINGER (BDU) shall give to you due notice of any amendment of these TC. If you do not object to the applicability of the revised TC within two (2) weeks after receipt of said notice, the amended TC shall be deemed to be accepted by you. SCHILLINGER (BDU) shall inform you about your right to object and of the relevance of the objection deadline in said notice.
